“The bikes we were given were not suitable for the excursion to Szentendre. They braked even downhill, they did not work properly, the wheels rubbed and the sprockets were not greased, we managed to get there with a lot of effort but we had to return by train. The guy who was in the shop on Sunday did not tell us anything about the bikes not being suitable and when we returned he said yes to everything as if we were stupid, indicating that we should have changed gears. Very poor service. The 3 bikes were the same, they were cheap but they are only good for walking around the…”
